All prices shown in the Events Package are not yet inclusive of 13% HST.
*50% deposit is required to hold the event date as we do not allow soft holds*
The Juniper Room can accommodate 200 seated or 400 standing.
The Lounge can accommodate 60 seated or 100 standing.
The Distillery can accommodate 180 seated or 350 standing.**We do not allow rentals for ONLY the Distillery space due to washroom access. It must be rented together with the Lounge or the Juniper Room.
Furniture// Included in the rental, we can offer items listed below:
- High-top tables & Bar stools
- On-site Furniture in the Lounge (velvet couches)
- Food Station Tables (12 harvest tables or 3 folding tables)
- 4 Party Can Lights
A/V//Included in the rental, we can provide:
- 2 PS12 speakers
- A16-channel soundboard
- Some XLR cables & extension cords
- 2 (55") TV Screens
- 2 Wired Microphones + Microphone Stand
- Digital baby grand piano
Note: We do NOT offer dinner chairs. **Dinner Chairs are available through our Event Rental Group, Element, and can be added to the catering rentals order**

Beverage Services
Option 1: We offer a consumption bar with ‘notify at’ amounts, hard caps, drink tickets, cash bar, host tab, shots/no shots, etc. based on your preference. This would include 4 cocktails, 1 mocktail, wine, sparkling wine, beer, and bar rail.
Our private event menu pricing is as follows:
- Beer $9
- Bar Rail $10
- Wine $12
- Cocktails $14
- Mocktails $8
Option 2: We offer an open bar package for $85 per person + 13% HST + 18% gratuity for a 6-hour duration that includes 4 featured cocktails, beer, wine, and premium liquor.
Catering (Catering selections must be finalized 15 days before the event.)
For catering, we work with the Food Dudes and they have a few packages for sit-down dinners & food stations/passed apps; see the package here.
Please note that final menu selections are to be confirmed with The Food Dudes. Packages can be savoury or sweet.
Note: Prices listed do not include rentals or catering labour.

No landmark fee will apply when working with The Food Dudes.
A 12% landmark fee applies for events using the preferred caterers below:
- Eatertainment
- No Small Feast
- En Ville
- Daniel et Daniel
**For external caterers not on the preferred list above, a 15% landmark fee will apply (including pizza)**
The landmark fee is calculated from the total amount on the final invoice by the caterer, and we will charge you on our end.
Booking Confirmation - Event bookings are confirmed only when:
- A venue walkthrough has been conducted.
- A 50% room rental fee deposit has been received.
